3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these circumstances:

  • With Hosts and Renters: Sharing relevant contact and vehicle information between users to facilitate bookings.
  • Service Providers: Utilizing third-party vendors (e.g., payment processors, hosting providers) who are bound by strict confidentiality.
  • Legal Obligations: When required by law or to protect the safety of ParkX, its users, or others.

4.1 Founders' Obligations

All founding members—Favour Nekabari, Samuel Ojo, Taiwo Adeleye, and Laurina Hedd-Williams—are bound by strict confidentiality requirements. They must keep all non-public Company information confidential during and after their involvement.

4.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. However, no electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage users to maintain strong passwords and protect their login credentials.

All intellectual property, including source code, algorithms, and business methods related to the Platform, is owned by the Company.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this policy will be governed by the laws of Ontario. Unresolved matters shall proceed to mediation or binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
